Shipping within India
Shipping of Konfidence products Konfidence Walk, Konfidence Cruise and Konfidence Fly is free as of now. However Konfidence.in reserves the right to change this policy if required at a later point in time and this shall be notified to the customer in the order form itself.  Prices mentioned against each item are the final cost to the buyer; there are no hidden costs. Prices quoted in Rupees (INR) are valid for delivery within India only.
Shipping of the orders will be through a third party logistics provider. It would be a courier / cargo service or the India Post. The choice of the carrier shall be at the sole discretion of Konfidence.in

Shipping outside India (Chargeable Extra)
Extra Shipping charges shall apply for orders to be delivered outside India, based on the country and location. For delivery outside India, the actually delivery charges will have to be ascertained depending on the delivery location and country. This shall be communicated to the customer within three working days of receiving the order. We shall ship the product only after the customer accepts the extra shipping charge and the mode of delivery.

Tracking Number
After the dispatch of the Shipment through the logistics provider we shall communicate the   tracking number (using which the shipment can be tracked on the internet) to the customer by email. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. Shipment details can also be accessed by the User by sending us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the order details, and we shall reply with the information requested.

Delivery Time after Ordering
Under normal conditions the products ordered would be dispatched on the next day after receipt of the order. However in case there is a stock out we shall indicate that to the customer during the ordering process itself and the order shall not be taken. In case there is a delay due to any unforeseen reason, we shall communicate that to the customer by email.
Once the product is dispatched and handed over to the shipping company, the delivery time would depend on the place and location of delivery. The status of the delivery can be tracked using the tracking number that we provide to the customer after shipping the product.
